About the Caravan
Our caravan offers three bedrooms, full size shower, two toilets (one of which is en suite), a kitchenette, dining area, and living area, along with a decked patio area, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing with clear views of the seascape as far as Filey Brigg. Our first visit to the Salty Air Retreat, and what a gem! ...
From the moment you arrive, the friendly security guard welcomes you warmly. Upon entering the caravan, we were greeted with a welcome boat filled with goodies.
The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. The walk to Hunmanby Gap, back across the beach and up to the caravan park was delightful, especially enjoyed by our two dogs.
We had a delicious lunch at The Farrier in Cayton, just a 15-minute drive away. The homemade food was of excellent quality.
Dining al fresco on the balcony while listening to music from the nearby festival added to the charm of our stay.
Overall, the Salty Air Retreat is a clean, well-equipped, and relaxing place to be. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was perfect...
We enjoyed the coronation weekend as a family of six with kids aged 5,13, and 16. The accommodation was perfect with great facilities, and some thoughtful, personalized touches left by Mel and Paul. We loved the outdoor area and the fantastic views offered perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink!

Great location with gorgeous views. Lovely decked outside area to eat outdoors, perfect place to watch the sun go down.
Your caravan is all that we needed, cosy, very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. The facilities provided were beyond what we expected, from providing salt and pepper, to a sandwich toaster and air fryer.
I couldn't have asked for more...
Just got back from a wonderful week. Which was my first experience staying in a static caravan ( but not my partners), I couldn't have asked for more. Everything was to a very high spec. I can safely say, we enjoyed ourselves so much that we're already counting down the days until we return in June.
The Holiday Park
The holiday park itself offers a show bar, some small eateries, such as The Beach Café, and a small amusement arcade. On the beach front, a seasonal tractor provides lifts up and down the beach, and there is a golf course nearby, as well as a Lazy River swimming pool. Our holiday caravan in Filey is located in the quieter side of the site, in a cul-de-sac with a communal green just nearby.

Hi, I'm Mel and this is my daughter Nancy! We have just got our lovely retreat at Reighton sands, and we have bought it to make many memories at our favourite place, where we can explore and experience the wonders of the East coast. We are delighted that you want to book The Salty Air Retreat, and know you will want to come back after your stay. Maybe you won't even want to leave!

When you book your holiday caravan, we take a £75 deposit upfront.
